Advanced User Experience Researcher & Designer
• Led and managed end-to-end UX research for the Siemens Community's onboarding experience—which seeks to guide the future & evolution of Siemens’ SaaS-based products— estimating 20.2% increase in member engagement and retention, and 55K unique user signups for FY23. • Executed research on key pages within ongoing site redesign project which highlighted the company’s evolution to SaaS-based products. This improved product findability by 45% and resulted in internal Team MVP Award for FY2023 in Innovation, as voted on by all company employees. • Facilitated design thinking workshops for business units within Siemens; for example, my analytics workshop provided a framework for multiple teams to arrive at a common language and align on priorities. • Generated actionable and practical solutions, presenting those insights to cross-functional stakeholders; influenced various stakeholder audiences such as Developers–having been one previously–other UX professionals, Product Managers, and senior key decision-makers like Executive Leadership. • Clearly communicated project implications, constraints, and needs, to more accurately define research & design goals as they pertain to medium and long-term product and business strategy. • Followed Lean UX methodologies and Scrum Agile to ensure “quick, tight cycles” of research and design iterations on cross-functional teams. -

• Articulated redesign of Cisco's mini-Content Management Service (CMS) to let Cisco Partners publish their own content into CXC (Customer Experience Cloud), launched to thousands of Cisco Customers and Partners. • Designed a 0-to-1 "What's New in CX Cloud" experience, including onboarding and release notes website from initial concept to pixel-perfect clickable prototypes, through shipping. • Drove user-centered wireframes and clickable prototypes to provide best possible user experience through design thinking collaborations in enterprise services. -
