    Advanced User Experience Researcher & Designer


    Achieved a 20.2% increase in member engagement and retention, and 55 thousand unique user signups for FY23 by optimizing online community forums and member onboarding through qualitative research-informed design.

    Conducted research on--on redesign of--key pages within ongoing site redesign project, simplifying the complex customer problem of findability by 15% and resulted in internal Team MVP Award for FY2023 in Innovation, as voted on by all company employees.

    Facilitated design thinking workshops for business units within Siemens; for example, my analytics workshop provided a framework for multiple teams to arrive at a common language and align on priorities.

    Generated practical solutions and presented insights to cross-functional stakeholders in product, design, and senior leadership, communicating project implications, constraints, and needs to define research and design goals for medium and long-term strategies, using Lean UX frameworks for facilitating design iterations.

    User Experience Designer


    Drove user-centered wireframes and clickable prototypes in redesign of Cisco's CMS to let Cisco Partners publish their own content into CXC (Customer Experience Cloud), a SaaS dashboard of data visualizations launched to thousands of Cisco Customers and Partners, and improved asset lifecycle management efficiency up to a whopping 96%.

    Designed a 0-to-1 "What's New in CX Cloud" experience, including onboarding and release notes website from initial concept to pixel-perfect clickable prototypes, through shipping.

    Redesigned the Information Architecture of English-as-a-Second-Language teacher recruiting site, leading to 300% more applicants and full quota of new hires within 3 months.

    Owned and operated private practice for massage therapy, increasing profit by 30% each year. Managed and oversaw two massage practitioners.

    Designed and developed my professional business website from scratch, using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, NodeJS. Later updated to utilize a ReactJS template.

    Achieved top-12 locals ranking on Yelp and Google, providing exceptional, high-quality massage therapy & customer service, resulting in extremely happy and loyal clients.
